Milwaukee Intermodal Station

Nice Amtrak station with a large waiting room. Good place to catch the Hiawatha and the Empire Builder.

My experience started with a customer verbally assaulting a white Amtrak employee with racial epithets and threats of violence and murder as I waited for my train. I was then treated extremely disrespectfully and condescendingly by one of the Amtrak employees on the train for asking a question and stating a basic health concern. The men and women at the ticket counter were friendly and professional, but the staff on train 338 are rude and don't treat their passengers with any respect or dignity.

Very nice well kept station, just wish stores stayed open past 6pm

By far and away the most modern low cost station that I have ever been too!
