To be perfectly honest the only reason for the five stars is thanks to the younger hispanic female that was working the driveway thru yesterday (9/13/20) at around 3:00-3:30pm. A lot of times the customer service is lacking but this girl was so on point! I can't remember her name but I wish I could because she definitely deserves recognition for being a great employee. She was extremely friendly and helpful! Keep up the great work sweetie!

If I could give this place no stars I would but I can't... Horrible horrible wait times they have a whole store full of staff and nobody comes to the front to take orders they have lines out the door, they'll have workers walking back and forth from the back and walk right past customers and not take one order, it's ridiculous. And then somehow seem to always have an attitude with the customer, I'll never go there again!

I tried calling to order 2 pizzas, a sausage pizza and one of the slices and sticks pizza also sausage but was told they are hot n ready so I don't order them I can just come in and get them...ended up waiting about an hour and then one of my pizza's was wrong. Not wanting to wait another 45 min for them to fix it I took what they gave me and left. I've never been to this little Ceasars before this experience and until they make much needed changes I won't be going back.

I ordered 2 regular pizzas at 4:50 pm online and it said it wouldn't be ready till 5:30pm and I got there at 5:35 pm and it wasn't ready yet. No biggie, it's a Saturday night and they said it would be a just a few more minutes, I'm a patient person. An hour rolls by and within that hour there was a lot of angry people saying they were for an hour as well. I asked about my pizza and they said they were gonna go and see if they have something ready. Nobody came back to the front. I just asked for my money back or any 2 pizzas and I got ignored hard. I can see that they were stressed and I get it I've worked in a restaurant for 4 years but the way they handled it was awful. They kept locking the door so nobody else would come in and I kept on getting ignored and they stopped taking orders except for online or door dash. People who ordered after me got their orders before me. I have never seen service like this before. So many people said they weren't coming back. I finally got acknowledged and got my pizzas at 7:30pm and I came home and it was cold and it had someone else's name on it. Save your time and go somewhere else. A lady wanted to place an order and she couldn't and said she was going to pizza shuttle, I should have done the same thing.

I would NEVER EVER stop there again ever 5 employees ignoring phone ignoring people at the door. Store open. Dancing behind the counter laughing and not answering any form of contact to get food. Prime time for dinner on a Saturday evening. I am absolutely disgusted and will tell everyone i know to avoid the little ceasears in south Milwaukee
