The food is always got no matter what time of the day you order it. The cashier was friendly even the manager when she came to help. The manager kept letting me know how much I had left on my order before it was done. Great All the way around ud83dudc4d
Tried to give this place a second chance after having a horrible experience the first time. I ordered food to go and they told me it would take 45 min. So I waited 45 min and when I picked up my food it was far from fresh and tasted like they just microwaved my food. I hate wasting my money at places like this. The fries were dry and stale and chicken was hard and dry. Never wasting my money here again. I don’t recommend this place until they get their sht together.
Ordered for pick up on 10/31/20. Four employees saw/ acknowledged me before anyone offered to help me or looked for my order despite being very slow. My tots with cheese were cement by the time I got them, and they forgot both of the celery/carrot boats I ordered, which were definitely on the receipt stapled to my bag. Next time I'll drive twice as far to the tosa location.
I’ve been craving bdubs, and that craving prompted me to write a review that I’m long overdue on, sadly. This place is a mess. I’ve ordered from here three times, and the first time was a terrible mess up. I filled out a form, and one of the managers contacted me regarding that complaint. I never got my refund, but I’m not one to care deeply about that anyway, so I gave them another chance. They STILL messed up and forgot some of my items, and mind you, I ordered for one person. Also, the food is ALWAYS cold and dry. How are you like this, especially when a business like you needs to stay afloat during this terrible time? I’m about to drive to Wauwatosa for the wings. Terrible that I pay the price to live in this city, and I have to visit the suburbs for good service and quality of my food.
I would give them 4stars but they always give me ranch instead of blues. Love the old fashion onion rings.
