Restroom is not open to the general public unreasonable when I’m a paying customer. Customers should be able to use your restroom especially, if they’re needing to go really bad, I won’t come here again, yes I take it seriously, I’m a smart consumer. I like when my business is appreciated.

**UPDATE The store owner contacted me and apologized for my bad experience. She expressed that is not her establishment operates. I appreciate her calling personally. **nI visited this location on 8/26 close to closing time. Part of my order was incorrect. I called to let them know. Tanya answered stating they were closed. I informed her I just left there and part of my order was incorrect. She placed me on hold and never came back. I called back again, someone picked up the phone and hung it up. So unprofessional! She could have easily took my information or asked if she or someone could contact me the next day. My in store experience was good. I gave 2 stars due to my telephone experience and being hung up on.

Place is disgusting! Woman ahead of us found mold in her soda from the soda machine they did nothing. My boyfriend found hair in his food. No apology nothing. You can only have back half your money because you had a few bites already. Manager is just shouting across the restaurant at one of the other employees to grab a cookie and repeated it about 5 times.

There seemed to be several dissatisfied people. Our order was correct. The food was fresh and tasty. The cheese curds were especially yummy. I fault them on not putting the hot pepper relish directly on the bread. It did drop all over my shirt. Conversely I could have been a more careful diner.
