If there was a zero star option, I think that would best depict this location.. The time it takes to make a sandwich is actually impressive, didn't know an business owner would be able to even stay open when making a sandwich every 10 min? If I wasn't stuck in the drive thru, I would have already driven off.
One of my Favorite fast food places to visit...
Terrible customer service. Placed my order online and was i could pick it up at 3:13pm. I arrived at 3:12pm. I give them a few minutes to get it together. Pushing the limits of being at work on time. I had to knock on the window 3 times to get someone attention. The drive thru girl had an attitude. I never saw the girl who pulled up my order after she went to the back. But they had 2 employees making personal orders before leaving. I finally got my order at 3:20 and had to fly to work.
This was horrible. I pulled in at 1:55 pm. There were only 3 cars in line ahead of me.. After 20 minutes, I got as far as the window and just waited, saw no one inside, looking through dirty window. I tapped my horn and still nothing. So I left. Picked up frozen food at Walgreens. Will never go there again.
Shay was flipping awesome. As I told her I go to the Wauwatosa location now even though I live nearby. Shay redeemed my wanting to support local businesses. Extremely professional, kind, and sweet.
