Usually the franchise does ok- with exceptions on either end of the acceptable scale. This location does alright. My last order they either didn't put the spicy relish on my muenster steak sandwich, they were out, or its so non spicy it can't be noticed on the sandwich. But whatever. It's still better than subway or Jimmy Johns.
I am a very picky person. So I'm always asking for minus this minus that and for my sandwiches to be prepared in a particular manner. This cousin always get my order right! The staff there are very pleasant and I normally don't have any issues at this location!
Please teach your employees about proper customer service. I came in tonight and the person that was supposed to be taking my order was on the phone talking in front of a line of customers. I waited and ended up leaving. If this happens again I will not return.
To begin with I love cousins subs. However, I am giving a 1 star rating because of the customer service. I called this location multiple times Saturday October 31st and the employees kept picking up the phone and hanging up. Then when they finally answered the phone I was placed on hold and hung up on yet again. I only phoned in my order because I wanted to pay cash and the app does not give you the option to select cash. Needless to say I won't be using this location any longer.
Pretty good Subs but I think they've changed their meat in the last couple of years friendly staff
