Do not be lured in by the reputation of the previous owner/operator of this business! I've had no issues until new management took over last year.nAttached you'll see what happened to my shirt due to 'incorrect instructions' on the fabric label. For an expensive shirt that I wore ONCE, I agreed that it would be fair for repayment of half of the price. Two months after our arrangement, they said that the would contact the manufacturer and have them issue a new shirt. Nine months later they still have not paid for damages or replaced my shirt. Recently they said they would no longer honor our agreement and could only offer in-store credit. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
Simply the best dry cleaners in any city. True professionals who deliver excellent service and know how to care for clothing. I have homes in Milwaukee, Miami and Washington DC. There is no place better than Avenue Cleaners. I bring laundry with me to have Tom and his team clean them rather than trust anyone else. The absolute best
