Absolutely rude and obnoxious to me over the phone. I asked a simple question about their mon -fri same day dry cleaning, and being that it was Saturday, the guy did not wish to give me any information; and actually hung up on me. Don't know what that was all about but, they definitely missed out on a great customer.
Great service. Takes the time find a solution and explain when needed.
Wonderful place to take your cleaning. The do a spectacular job, and it is the most reasonable cleaners in town. The owner has a great sense of humor.
Had an emergency need for a military funeral the next day. I called and they Told me they would press a pair of pants and jacket for the funeral the next day, so I told them I’d be there in 10 minutes, drove like a bat out of hell, and when I arrived the owner asked “are you the guy that needs a suit pressed? Well the guy that does the pressing left.” This means the owner knew what his employee told me and then lied and left, and the owner allowed t and offered no help or apology. Garbage employees start at the top with a garbage owner. I then drove to a place in north point which pressed it for me right away.
