Dave and team are disorganized and unprofessional. I had over 20 rugs cleaned at once and four of them are now damaged. One, a family heirloom, started out red and is now pink. Dave told me it came to him pink and the others were already damaged, but has no proof. Common sense would tell you to note damage so you are not accused of something you did not do. He did not note damage because they were not damaged when they arrived at his shop. His employees caused the issues. One rug he insists he can fix but he has had it for over a year. I had to call more than three times to even get a response from him.
So friendly and knowledge able
I took my rug for a cleaning to get the dog urine out just to find out that they had not completely cleaned it out after installing it the first time. Then had to uninstall it, take it back the second time for a dip cleaning. Reinstalled the rug and still smell urine. I am not pleased at all with this service. I paid almost $300.00 total for both cleaning and dip.
Fantastic customer service! Will not go with any other carpet cleaning service! Worth every penny!
