Even though Ace Hardware is a big, national chain, the folks who work at this Ace Hardware makes me feel right at home. When I first walk in the front door, Marilyn, a kind cashier, up bear voice welcomes me in and brightened my day. Then, as I get shopping, if I have any trouble at all, bumping into Bob is the best thing: I tell him my issue and he knows numerous great ways to address and fix it at a great price with a warm smile on his face. Bumping into him makes my day. Why shop elsewhere?

the store is fine to get just a faucet of a lightbulb. but i liked the true value way more. the true value had better stock and lower prices

Sure, you can find most materials for home improvement projects at a big box store. But the team at Wauwatosa Ace Hardware is unbelievable. Kevin, Tommy, and others give me fantastic advice whenever I stop there. The customer service is phenomenal and has saved me countless hours of trials and errors. Thank you Wauwatosa Ace!
