Cheese steak more like dog food although my dog probably wouldn't eat it
Was employed at one of these for a few years, so I know what standards are. I used to avoid this one because the drive through was so incredibly slow. In recent years it's gotten a lot better speed-wise, but I don't think I've accurately gotten an order yet. Today I tried to call and complain about it (which I don't typically do), and the phone was busy for over an hour, so I'm writing this review here now. QSR or corporate needs to come in and fix this, because it's a joke.
Lost a customer for life. Went to the drive thru today. I was told that the item I wanted was only available if I ordered online and then picked it up! I wasn’t allowed to order in the drive thru, even though they still made the item.nnWent to DQ instead!
Fast easy and clean. I have been going to this store for about a year and I think the employees here take pride in their job. I definitely go here when looking for something quick and simple.
I have to say they have upped their game in quality of the food for the most part depending on whose making the food. But their customer service has been great!
