Fun atmosphere, a bit slow service.
It's a Buffalo Wild Wings. Exactly what you'd expect. Friendly staff/bartenders; good wings; good selection of sports on many TVs.nIt's clean and though it's in a strip mall, that's a fine location. Parking lot is good.
Hostess nasty. Thus was my 2nd time there this month and there is no urgency by staff to seat people like they would rather have carryout customers. Food was tasty and waitress was great.
If I could give this place no stars I definitely would. My girlfriend and I went to the Buffalo wild wings in New Berlin WI on 108th Street like we normally would and we got sat down and then waited 10 minutes to even get a server but she goes and helps out the guys who walks in behind us. Then finally she walks over and gets our drink order and disappeared and we still didn't receive our drinks. After about 10 more minutes we finally got server and he brought the two drinks but forgot the other one we ordered and took another 10 minutes. Then we figured we would order right away because of how long it took to get our drinks. Meanwhile 3 tables had already been seated and were starting to get server drinks and food. From when when we arrived at the restaurant to the time we got served our food 45 minutes had elapsed. When we got our food we immediately asked it to get boxed and told the server we weren't happy with the service and we wanted to leave. As he was getting our check I decided to try a wing and it was cold.
Ordered last night on line, was told 1 hour wait. No problem, paid and then went to pick up and was told they were closed because all of the staff had walked out. Now I’m waiting for a refund to my card, always loved Buffalo Wild Wings but seems this location is having some troubles.
