Had problem with delivery and delivery driver and could not call the store to speak with someone about the situation. If I cannot get through to management, I cannot spend money here anymore

I ordered a pizza online. I went in to pick up my pizza and pay. When I stepped in I said I had to order for Ryan, and then one of the workers turn around and asked me if I had a mask. I told them I don't and I'd be quick. As I don't have one and have a medical condition which doesn't allow me to wear one. Yet a taller gentleman didn't have a mask on behind the counter. He then told me the pizza wasn't done so I had to wait outside. So I did and picked up my food as this is my wife's pizza. When I returned they asked me if I had a mask again, and didn't again have one. Now the man without the mask from last time had one in and said I need to wear one next time. Or they won't be serving me. Funny how his mask all of a sudden was on..

This automated phone service is complete junk. Wrong order delivered. Can’t call for a correction or a pickup. Major system fail that should be reconsidered and complete lack of customer service. You’ve been warned

Pizzas were perfect! First time I have ever ordered the pasta. It was very good. The driver was very nice and cute. Food was hot. I mean what more can you ask for!?
