I called them to ask hours available and they fit me in the same day, within a few hours. They showed up and I showed them the rooms and mentioned that 2 had pets in them so they treated the carpets. When they finished the rooms smelled great and the carpets looked almost new, not like they 10 years old. They did a fantastic job.

To say Imperial Carpet Cleaning did a good job would not be sufficient....they did a FANTAAAAAAAASTIC job of cleaning the carpet in my basement, stairs and landing. There has been a large ink looking stain in one of the areas for over fourteen years in which no one was able to remove. Just as I was telling Jose not to worry about that particuliar area because it wasn't removable he kindly stated he had removed it and for me to take a look. My jaw dropped, you would have actually thought I was being given the keys to a new car by the way I reacted. Come to find out it was a tar stain which has been an eye sore for many years and it is now as if it was never there. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.nnHe was prompt, very professional, courteous and took great precaution in wearing a face mask due to the current conditions. I will continue to utilize their services going forward.
They did a great job cleaning my carpets and furniture and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
