Great drop off service and prompt
Always clean and washer and dryers work properly most all of the time and if there is an issue it is corrected right away. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I actually drive across town to use the Sun Laundry. Keep up the good work.
Shannon the worker is awful. She was swearing and yelling at a customer. She should be fired. She is very unprofessional. You wouldn't want your children around her. She was upset that a customer used a certain machine and she had to refund her money. The customer asked her to put an out of order sign on it and she refused. Shannon was also yelling at this person's grandchild. Very very unprofessional. I hope the cameras really work so the owner can look back at 4pm today to see how their employer treats people.
