I strictly go for eyebrow waxing and the lady is amazing. She is friendly and very thorough. She shapes my eyebrows and they always look amazing afterwards that I love going to her to help them look great. She waxes, tweezes and uses the razor plus trims them and its inexpensive for such an amazing job.
Not clean!!!! No one was wearing masks and they weren’t cleaning their tools. With COVID standards I thought it would be ok. They are not following any rules and the place is disgusting. They literally picked up tools uncleaned from the last client. I don’t know how they are still in business.
I wanted a refill on my acrylic nails, I called at 10:20 ish this morning and got an appointment at 11:15. I didn’t get seen until 11:40, the nail specialist was rough and careless around my cuticles while taking off the old polish. I told him I wanted them shorter but NEVER asked him to cut my natural nail underneath. I thought he was going to get the access acrylic from underneath my nails from his messy job and when I pulled my hand to me I saw all my natural nails shaved off, gone, even some uneven to where I can still see some of my natural nail but it’s SCREWED UP. Now all the growth I had on my natural nail is shaven off and my nails are sore. I am so upset and I will never be coming here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
No rushing and they took their time on my nails and ask what I like. Very nice people.
horrible service waited for a whole hour to get them done and they weren’t busy they helped other people that came in after me before me and they did a horrible job on my nails they were uneven, the powder wasn’t blended and they cut up my finger. don’t recommend.
