Drive in exceptionally slow and my order wasn't correct.
Walked in and still the same place just a few less people. Food was Very fresh (hot) and quicker than normal since the lines were less. Suggest ya head on over there while you can to get an awesome maxwell street polish!!nThey also took into consideration 1 way travel, walk in one door walk out another.nThis helps with social distancing a bit more.
Messed up order but called and there sending me a coupon for free meal.. never had this problem before..
I’ve been to this location many times. I have had the pleasure of meeting one of their managers Eddie. He is an amazing worker and incredibly nice guy. He is the hardest worker I have seen at this store for the last 3 years its been open. Although sometimes food takes a while, Eddie will always try to keep his store moving and orders coming out. He deserves recognition!
All employees were wearing masks, and wearing them appropriately.nnProbably the quickest experience I've had ordering from Portillos. Drive in was backed up 7 cars deep, so parked and went inside to order. No one in line there, so food came out before the person holding up the line ordering had finished their order.
