“There must have been an issue with our system” is the excuse I received when my sauces weren’t delivered. How is that my problem? It’s called customer service. If something is messed up, fix it. My triple order of sticks should have come with sauce. I live a mile from the store. Deliver the sauces that were missed to have a happy customer. Do the right thing for you customer. Simple.

40 minutes after my pizza was supposed to arrive, I called to check on the status of my pizza. I was told it was just about to come out of the oven. I have no idea what time my pizza is supposed to arrive but I’m just tired and don’t even want it anymore. I have guests waiting and it’s getting late... Just moved to the area, I will probably never order from here again.nnUpdate: still waiting on my pizza. My guests have left as well. What is happening over there?! Never had an issue with Dominos.nnAlso, no one responded to my Facebook message, and it’s been a couple of days.

It’s a shame that this location seems to be the way it is. I don’t visit this location often because there always seems to be a problem. I usually only order from them in the evening and maybe that’s where the shortfall is. Long story short today’s problem pushed me so far to post this review. Please visit the location on Miller Parkway or in Franklin and Toppers please help this location.

yo i love toppers but this location has been giving me issues the past month or so. i order the same two things every single time and literally never receive the sauces that i paid for. sometimes the service is perfect. most times it’s horrible. i’m a pretty frequent customer too. one time my food was almost an hour late and when the guy got to my house, my pizza was first off incorrect, cold, and didn’t get my sauces. i ordered last night and didn’t even know my pizza was sitting outside for almost half an hour. i know that delivery is always contactless, but most of the time, they just hand it over to you, which i personally don’t really mind. but last night, my mom got home and handed me my pizzas from outside. point is, nobody called me to tell me that my food was at my main apartment complex door. so i had no idea that my pizza was out there for atleast half an hour. it was also incorrect. would’ve been nice to receive a phone call, telling me that my food was there. this is the first time it’s happened but it just bothered me a little. i’m a sauce girl ud83dude29 give people their sauces that they pay for !!! ud83dude2d won’t be ordering from this location for a while or even ever again.nnand y’all better not tell me to send a facebook message. i don’t go on facebook.
