Do not dry clean your clothes with this company anymore. They only have one location left and they do not have a website anymore. Today they closed their location on 14 & Oklahoma and one day they will closed their last location & disappear with all yours clothes.nnFind another dry clean location.
If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible customer service and lost my pants and corporate deleted it in their system. I have had nothing but problems with carriage cleaners. They refuse to honor their own coupons. I dropped off pants in February of 2017 before switching to rainbow cleaners. I was called by an employee to remind me about the pants. When I went to get my $75 dress pants they couldn't find them. I spoke with Manager named G who said she would contact the corporate office. Their solution to losing my pants was giving me a $7.08 credit on dry cleaning. I went to retrieve a copy of the drop off receipt and the employee working said corporate wouldn't let her give it to me. After she checked her system she said that the order was gone. Carriage cleaners lost my pants and deleted the order in their system. I tired to contact their corporate office numerous times with no response. If you are looking for a good dry cleaner try Rainbow cleaners in Greenfield. There are many other options in Greenfield Wi.
We've taken suits here on two different occasions to have cleaned for important events. Both times the cleaners failed to clean the suits when we went to pick them up. The first time I was upset but gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time I'm upset and will never go back. Do not to trust them with your clothing. Totally unprofessional. What a waste of time and huge frustration!
