I didn't actually visit there but I called there for a dryer belt. He didn't have it so directed me to another company and then he texted me the actual part number so I could order it from Amazon. Overall it was awesome. if I needed their help for something I definitely would call them back

Brad at Badger Laundry is my hero! I had several Tie-Dyed Queen Size Sheet Sets processing when my washer stopped -- you can't take THAT to a laundromat! Hand rinsing and washing until colorfast was pretty much physically impossible, especially with the short window of time I had to get them finished. Badger was scheduling about a week out, but when I told him what my situation was, he figured out a way to get over here and fix my machine so I could meet my deadline. THANKS, BRAD!!!

I have worked with Jim Brown and Badger Laundry Machinery for about 20 years. Jim and his crew are knowledgeable and courteous.nnWhile they can repair anything, they don't have to very often because the specialize in Speed Queen equipment. I oversee several buildings that include about 1300 apartments. I always buy Speed Queen for my highest use areas.nnI also know Jim as a goodhearted man with a high level of integrity. In my personal life I work with a missionary friend down in Nicaragua. I told Jim about my work there and our ultimate desire to build youth sport complexes to help get the disadvantaged youth off the street into a safe environment.
