This is an amazing service, and I am very happy with the results. They are both professional and extremely pleasant people who left my carpet spotless at a reasonable price. They arrived on time and were efficient and meticulous in their work (even removing stains we have had for years and thought would never come out). I couldn’t ask for more :)

I have used Christina’s exclusively in the past 6 years for carpet cleaning (I manage a property with over 200 apartments - so that’s hundreds of carpets they’ve cleaned). They are very thorough and meticulous in their work. I always get a call the day before regarding arrival time as well as a call when they are en route. Their prices are very reasonable and fair. Christina’s staff members are professional and friendly and make my job easier! I wouldn’t use anyone else!

In the end my carpets look great; however I did not appreciate that the staff wore wet street shoes (it is raining and super muddy today) and walked on my carpet and refused to take them off as they cleaned. I asked two times. The owner did explain to me that they work backwards and clean over where their street shoes have walked, but it seems like it would be very easy to have the staff switch into an indoor pair of shoes while walking in my home if they need to wear shoes for safety purposes. I am not one to bash companies and try to deal with everyone respectfully- I wanted to document this experience for anyone else that may have had it and make a suggestion that the company look into this. I surely am not the first person to think that this is unsanitary as almost any service person either removes their shoes or wears booties when entering your home. The irony of it being a carpet cleaning company made it even more frustrating.
