Love that place they do a great job you let them know that we're the spot problem is On Any Garment you take in there they nail it every time if you can show him where it is there's a girl named Kim that pays attention to detail and make sure that they guys in the back get the message about the problem area on your garment they do an awesome job I love him there highly recommend going there I go out of my way to go there

It was my first time using Ogden Cleaners, and I am well pleased! The customer service I received was amazing! My clothes were cleaned by the next day and way before the tentative time given! Their prices fit within my budget and none of my garments were damaged. I will definitively continue to use Ogden cleaners! Keep up your great customer service! ud83dude0a

Garbage. Tried twice just in case I had a bad experience. First batch came back with animal hair still on it, no repairs were done, clothing wasn't clean. Second batch, a simple jacket needing to be cleaned, wasn't touched, pressed or anything and still smelt like it was worn. This place sucks. You're better off washing your clothing in the Milwaukee River.

This place is hit or miss. While there are definitely some really awesome employees here, the mentality of some of their staff seems to be one where they could care less for their customers and general reputation. Also, they are not open until 7 pm weekdays as posted on their establishment, but appear to lock their doors 5-10 minutes early and do not answer calls or answer them only to ignore you on the other end while they wait for it to be officially 7 pm when they can justify hanging up on you.
