I have been so lucky to find a place that is still open and well staffed! I needed a few alterations on my suits and had a lot to get cleaned with short turnaround. The girl who helped me was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I got everything done in time for my trip and didn’t have to worry about getting new suits or how anything fit. Thank you Mary!

Very disappointed from the service . When I picked up my husbands shirts, one was burned and can no longer be woren and the other one had white fuzz all over on a black shirt . Would not recommend this place !! This has not been the first time that this has happened .

I have decided to edit my review since the manager called and agreed to settle the matter. He still insisted that the sweater they wanted to give me was the same sweater I brought in but was willing to reimburse me since (in his view) they had turned my white sweater pink. He couldn't explain why the sweater in question was a different brand or different quality than the one I brought in, because he refuses to doubt his system. But he spoke respectfully and was interested in reaching an agreement. We ended up agreeing ona $25 store credit which means I will try them again. If I'm happy with the service in coming months, I will come back and give an improved review.nI am leaving part of my original complaint on the website:nYesterday when I picked up 2 sweaters, I discovered that one of the sweaters was not mine. I had brought in a white, almost new, cable-knit turtleneck but was given a worn, cheap, light pink sweater instead. The owner showed me evidence via closed circuit TV that the sweater I brought in was the one they were trying to send home with me. Yet the sweater I brought in was clearly white. The owner could not believe there was any explanation for this mix-up and insisted it was my sweater. . . .I went home without my sweater and refused to take the sweater he insists is mine. . . .I will say that this was the first incident I've had in several years of doing business there.

The worst service wedding clothes wrinkled. I am headed out of town no solution offered or refund. Don't waste your money.
