Most of the employees at the front end really try to help you. However, the store needs to better train its staff. I bought a washing machine/dryer combo and I was told that I wouldn't need to buy a stacking kit. Guess what? When a team came to my home to do the installation they said they wouldn't install the combo without the kit. Then, I needed to go back to the store, buy the stacking kit and wait another week. Also, an additional part I needed were not correctly placed in the inventory but a staff member was able to find it for me somehow. In a nutshell, the store seems to need better managerial staff and/or IT system and/or training.

Super easy and very friendly associates who brought my order out to my car
In and out quick and a my cashier was amazing.
A quarter of its staff and half the customers aren't wearing their masks properly, just go to another store
