DiPeso Realty was the worst to deal with. Couldn't believe how unprofessional they are. Ask them to give me directions on a property I am interested in. And never heard from them again. I'm getting a property down there in Wilcox, but I'll use anyone other than them.

Had no knowledge whatsoever of the house when showing it. Said it had a metal roof. WRONG. It has a membrane roof. Asked if the pond worked, didn't know, said would find out, never got an answer when we asked again. Said there were laundry room facilities. WRONG. There was NO hook up ANYWHERE, and the only place to put a washer and dryer was outside in the elements. Neighbors also said they saw "them" removing items from the house into a personal vehicle, all done at night. would stay away from this realtor. I don't think they know what they are doing.

Honesty, truthfulness, integrity, disclosure...these words MEAN NOTHING to this agency...
