The young lady with black/red hair was great ! Soft spoken, but great. However, When I asked a question about the “new #7” another woman interrupted to “help” answer my question. (Thin with glasses) She was WAY more rude than helpful. I just left it at “never mind”. The young lady with red/black hair seemed competent enough to answer my questions, and she asked for help when she needed it. The rude lady with her mask hanging off her face, didn’t need to say anything. Especially if she’s in a negative mood.

Worst Jimmy John's EVER!!!! Went through drive thru tonight and ordered 4 sandwiches. They messed up every single one of them. AND I sat at the window for over 15 minutes! They made the order for the car behind me before they made mine. The girl who took the order was on her phone and flirting with the only guy making sandwiches while 2 other people walked back and forth not really doing anything. RIDICULOUS!

They didn't let me use their bathroom. I'm a construction worker and my hands are very dirty so hand sanitizer doesn't really do the job. I just wanted to wash my hands and the employees were very rude and didn't allow me to use the bathroom even though I told them that I just need to wash my hands. I will never come to this place again.

Every order was correct, easy online ordering, fast delivery through Jimmy Johns! (Not some other company) Plus they never had a problem finding our apartment, like how many other companies have ~ its really not that hard. Can definitely tell the ingredients are fresh. Our number one sub place!
