Clean, safe, and most of all affordable. I loved it!
Newer machines. Many different size washers. Good amount of washers and a wall of dryers.
Took a brand new jacket with NBA patches in and the guy ruined it. The patches were hard and over heated. They are pealing around the ends. The jacket was dry clean only and he said he could do it. He doesnt do the dry cleaning at the store either.
Terrible customer service and they dont back up their mistakes. I took a $200 pair of Jean's there that specifically state dry clean only! The owner and son say they have NEVER seen a pair of Jean's that can be dry cleaned and admitted to washing them. Long story short , they are black Jean's and are now extremely faded. He offers nothing and said he would not do anything about it. He actually went as far as to say the manufacturer mislabeled the jeans!! I am a professional and have been taking my dress shirts and suits there for a couple of years, but these guys lost a customer for life over a pair of Jean's, it's simple if they ruin your clothing they will NOT claim responsibility. I cant afford to take another chance with these amateurs. Let the reviews and ratings speak for themselves.
Took my winter coat in to be cleaned, upon picking up my coat it had been ruined at this dry cleaners. The coat had small circles all over the back and front as if it had been burned on a dryer. They said they followed cleaning directions . Now I’ll have to battle to get a refund. Will never take anything there again.nMy suggestion, take your dry cleaning elsewhere!!
