Good food, horrible location.
Manager David, who was on duty on Saturday, November 21 2020 is horrible. First, he did not want to honor a valid coupon for the taco party pack. Then, he refused to make any of them soft tacos. The coupon doesn't say that they all have to be crunchy tacos. It does state that they can't be steak or chicken, but nothing about them having to be all crunchy. He argued in a very unprofessional manner. My family will not be returning. I am also filing a customer complaint with corporate.
Missed some of the sauce in the order. But at least they were fast

I went to taco bell and the first thing that happened was that I was told to order on the kiosk and the kiosk was not working so it was ordered at the register I ordered 2 double beef burrito with extra meat and sour cream I got my order to go and get home and I barely had meat with a lot of sauce so I called the manager and she was really nice with no attitude my order was redone by her better and ask me if I would like a drink as well with a smile her name was Ms. T port Washington and silver spring. nice job for The way we handled it..
