Martinizing Dry Cleaners

I dropped off a Sheldon Canadian Goose Jacket prior to spring break with a fur hood. The fur could be removed to protect it during cleaning. I told the clerk to please remove it prior to cleaning. When I picked up my items, I did not check anything since I assumed my items would be returned to me as they were when I dropped them off.nWhen I went to get my jacket to wear, I realized it was not my jacket and had been replaced with another jacket, possibly a fake. It was lighter weight and without a fur hood.nWhen I returned it and said there was a mistake I was told I was in error and there were no other Canadian Goose Jackets in the entire store.nI returned the coat to them since it wasn’t mine and demanded they find my coat; & please have a manager call me ASAP. No one called me. Somehow the message had been lost.nWhen a store manager finally called me again, 2-weeks later on a Friday evening at 5:45pm, I was asked if I was sure if I dropped off the coat? Per camera footage there was no fur on the coat & there was no way I never dropped off a black coat, etc. Per the manager, I was accused of making this all up and I was out of luck.nMy coat was missing and tough. They don’t make mistakes.nOver the weekend I called the store I purchased the coat from, found the receipt and email correspondence to prove record of the coat and style (fur on hold).nAfter emailing the record, the next manager still confirmed they don’t make mistakes and they refuse to pay for my coat or reimburse me in any way other than a $25 store credit. Btw, when asked to see the camera footage there isn’t any..What a surprise. Never use this cleaners for anything.nSome way to treat a customer...nSee you in small claims court!

Who would want to pay $33 for the sewing on of two buttons? That's crazy. First off you have a two week wait to do any alterations. They then dry clean your clothes, without your asking, and make you pay. I will go out of my way to get my dry cleaning done in the future.

Dropped off my sport jacket to be cleaned and have a button sewn on. Upon picking it up I noticed the button was not sewn on. Informed the staff and was asked if I wanted to give it back to have it fixed..... that’s kinda a reason why I brought it in ud83eudd26‍♂ufe0f Then they tell me it will take until Wednesday to sewn on ONE button... it’s Saturday, 3 days for ONE button! No refund or discount offered yet. I will update on Wednesday....

Popular dry cleaner that does everything from shoes, rugs and leather to wedding dresses and re-stuffs pillows. For most clothing, if you drop off your clothes before 9 am, you can have them back the same day. Parking is convenient and the store is handicap accessible. It is a family owned, local business.

Took a stained (not set in) item here and got it back still stained. They told me they would re-do it. After waiting three days I came back and received the item back with the same stain and a note saying “we tried and tried” but they could not remove the stain without the risk of damaging the item. The staff was friendly during both encounters, but did not offer a refund. Took the item elsewhere and the stain was removed on the first try without a problem. Don’t waste your money.
