No working telephone number but very clean place. Person running it usually outside smoking.
Just as everyone said. The attendant is rude. Sits in the parking lots in her truck smoking and blasting her music. When she is inside “working” she is on the phone talking loud about gossip. One star for her customer service. The Laundromat itself is good and convenient if you are in the WFB- Shorewood area.
Clean place, friendly attendant, and good equipment. There are large washers and two huge dryers for washing large items, such as bulky comforters and large drapes that don't fit in house appliances. I recommend them.
Let's just say if I could give zero...The female that runs it was sitting in an SUV on here phone smoking a joint. I wanted to look at the machines first, but after she ignorant, I just left.
I didn't have a good experience washing my clothes here. The owner was extremely rude and lacked customer service skills. She wasn't helpful when I asked questions regarding their washers and dryers. She acted as if she didn't want to be bothered. I wouldn't recommend this business if you value good customer service and hospitality.
