I try to leave positive reviews as much as possible, but this is one place I can't leave a positive review for. The service has always been hit and miss. I understand that restaurants, especially fast food, get busy, but the number of times my orders have been wrong exceeds the number of times it has been right. Despite that, I still stop once in a while to satisfy that craving. Tonight took the cake though. I understood being told my coupon was only good on hard shell tacos. The quality of said tacos, however, was extremely poor. One of them had two shells and minimal filling. Really? About halfway through dinner, we realized there were ten tacos total... Not twelve. Next time I want taco bell, I will drive to oak creek to a different location.

I don't typically like to leave negative reviews however I feel this taco Bell is the worst in the surrounding area. I have been there three times this month and my order has been incorrect or missing every single time and when asked to fix it the drive-through workers did not even answer my questions or take the time to speak with me regarding my order.

I pulled up to the drive-through like I do at any Taco Bell. I placed my order pulled up on the window and I forgot to order sour cream you believe they wouldn’t let me order sour cream on the window that’s crazy I will not be coming back to this location anymore. They guy who took my order was cool. But he said that’s the rules set by the manager. Gave them one star because that’s the only option there is besides zero. Guess I’ll go somewhere else.

So my mom ordered the party to go 12 tacos, and when we got home the shells were soggy and nasty. It took us 10min to get home. This has never happened to us before. We tried to call but they never picked up the phone. Gross, had one and threw the rest out. Don't go to this location.

Food was cold, and went as far as the parking lot. No napkins, no fork for pintos n cheese, and none of the sauce requested, oh and realized the wrong size drink also. NOT Another car in sight. Awful location. Go elsewhere. My 5 year old can do better.
