Cant order online, call no one never picks up

Long wait for a simple order, even people that had ordered ahead of time had to wait. 4 out of 5 employees I saw had their mask below their nose or below their face completely, including the guy in front taking orders. WAY too many people waiting inside with absolutely no organization. Food turned out good but I can't say I'll be back any time soon for safety reasons.

Terrible service. Ordered online for pickup. Didn't get the food for an hour after I got there. Manager and all employees were very rude and looked lost. I will Never go there again! I gave it 1 star cause you have to give atleast 1 star. But they don't even deserve that!

Crust on my cheese pizza was so underdone I could barely lift a slice. I only managed to eat 1 piece and still have the rest.. what a waste

Whenever I'm craving Little Caesars, I always order online ahead of time before I have zero patience waiting in line. On 7/12 I went to this location to pick up my order and noticed that there was no jalapeno cheese sauce with my order (mind you I ordered 2 online and everything is paid for) I inform a teenager behind the counter that I did not receive the sauce. Then another teenager comes to the front and they looked at each other and told me that they have no control over the inventory online. Not to come off arrogant but I KNOW how inventory works and that should not reflect on whether or not I get a refund for the sauce. They hesitated to give me a refund so I reminded her again that I want a refund for the sauce that I paid for, she then tells me that I would have to return the food as-well in order to get a full refund. I was not in the mood to argue with clueless employees who know nothing about their occupation. She goes to the back to grab a manager. The manager comes to the counter to issue me a refund for my entire order. He never asked me what was issue, he never asked me what can he do to make sure it doesn't happen again, he hands me a refund slip and I leave. I still did not receive my refund till this very day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
