Look, it's Arby's. You know what you are getting. Sometimes you just need a good roast beef sandwich with Arby's sauce. Or perhaps you are a horsey sauce kind of person. That's cool too. I don't really get into their other sandwiches, but really dig a medium roast beef sandwich.nnThis location used to be very slow and that would have been a big criticism of this specific location, but it seems to have gotten much better recently.nnDining room probably needs an update sooner than later to compete with that snazzy Wendy's across the street.nnIf you are still reading this and decide to go to Arby's for the first time ever, the insiders get curly fries. Might be the best thing about Arby's.

I’m not typically one for bad reviews, but the drive-thru workers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. One man I witnessed tried to open the locked doors (during hours they were OPEN) and he simply let the worker know that the doors were locked and he was picking up an order. She responds, “yeah, I know, they’re all closed” and rolled her eyes at him. Was also extremely rude while reading back our order to us because we misheard her through the muffled speaker.

Cheap food, yeah, very tasty. Fast and courteous service. The bill was fair for the quality of food.

We ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich again. They dropped onion rings but added sweet potato waffle fries which are good although the frying probably takes all the nutrition out of them. LolnThere was a problem with the sandwiches. Uh they were missing the chicken. The apple pecan celery mix was great but about halfway through I noticed I did not taste any chicken.nNow I'm giving them 4 stars because I called the manager and I was pleased with how she handled it. She apologized profusely but sincerely, said it appeared there was no chicken in the first batch of the salad mix today but the second batch was good. She was going to send me a gift certificate but I opted for quick tournaments. I returned and received 2 chicken salads, one for each of the sandwiches. Keep this manager for her good people skills. Secretly I wonder if anyone else noticed the missing ingredient.
