I think it’s extremely unfair to rate a place based on one visit, or one bad experience. I have now ordered carryout 3 times, for a total of 6 meals, and the food has been hot and delicious every time. Has there been the occasional minor problem (like being out of the 2-liter I ordered, or forgetting the extra napkins)? Yes, but I overlook those things because we are all human. For some of these people complaining something was forgotten, did you bother to call back and tell them? I bet they would have made good on it. Is the food as good as eating it in the restaurant? No, but it’s certainly miles above getting fast food. We only got pizza once, but it was almost as good as the restaurant.nnMy biggest complaint would be the parking in their weird crowded lot the size of a postage stamp. And it would be fabulous if they could figure out a texting system like many takeout restaurants have to tell you when your order is ready.nnOh, and I don’t know the owners or anybody who works there, as a previous reviewer claims all positive reviewers must be doing.

Wanted to order a couple of times from TTG before I wrote a review. Both times we had pizza delivered. One order was their hand-tossed / Virgin crust and the other order was thin crust. Cutting to the chase... it's very underwhelming, average pizza compared to other offerings in the area. Latest order of thin crust pizzas arrived within their stated delivery window of 60 minutes, however I live about 1.5 miles from the shop and my pizzas and fries were luke warm. I would recommend just going to their actual restaurant and eating.

We love Tenuta's restaurant and have been there many, many times. We have never had a bad meal there. However, Tenuta's To Go is a totally different experience. We have only gotten a pizza from there once but it was horrible. We ordered a maragarita pizza and picked it up within the time frame they told us but it clearly was sitting there for a while and we only live 5 minutes away. By the time we got home with it, it was not warm but worse it tasted like cardboard and didn't have the good yummy flavor I am accustomed to from the Tenuta's restaurant we love. I will never order from there again and will continue to order carryout from the restaurant. These are clearly two very different places.

Don't read other people's reviews. This is a 5/5 place always. Some people are just dead set on being ridiculous. Some people need to chill the **** out and eat some Tenuta's to calm down and feel better. They're always awesome about dealing with out of stock items when it rarely happens

Order from here twice and both occasions pizza felt like it had been a sitting warmer. After second time I noticed that pizza made be all premade and sent over to To-Go place which would make since buy why open another location where you don't prepare food at then. Stay away from this place it is not same as Tenuta's.
