Ordered from the Rawson Ave Subway online. Order was confirmed, money taken from my account and an order will be by time. Arrived to pick up order and the store was closed. Store sign and on website said store closes at 9 pm. Placed order at 8:05 pm. Employee came to door and said they stop taking orders an hour before closing and clean up so they can be home by closing time. Absolutely unacceptable. I have to wait for a refund now.

Ordered online. Stood in store for 15 minutes after pick up time before they started my order, meanwhile taking walk-ins. Finally got the food home and two of three of the sandwiches were wrong. Bread was burntnEmployees were busy but made no effort to communicate to customers coming in to pick up their orders.

Horrible burnt meat on both sandwiches. I didn't want to waste my time going back. I threw them in the garbage.nMeatballs way overcooked and hard as a rock. Same thing with the other rib sandwich.nI didn't need the calories anyway so maybe it was kismet.nI'll give it a couple of years maybe they'll clean up their act by then.

Great sandwiches, great customers service! Honestly when people come in before close most employees get upset about it BUT not these guys. They were very friendly and even shared a laugh with me!
