Food was outta this world as always. The special steak and gouda or something was great. Everyone had a mask although I saw some noses.

This is by far the worst cousins I’ve ever been to the wait times are ridiculous.I recall waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes trying to place my order with no response only to see the staff were out back on a cigarette break I will never visit this establishment again you’d be better off going elsewhere. I had a visit several times before I still ran into the bad service. This is my final time they need to close this place down . It is a joke how bad they are.

Online ordering is less than worthless. Every time I order via the mobile app for pickup or curbside it’s not ready when they claim it will be. Take today for example. I ordered at 12:03 and the app said it would be ready at 12:22. I arrived at 12:22 and called and informed them i had arrived. After waiting 15 minutes in my car I called again to get an update on my order. I was informed the subs were done and they were waiting for me to arrive and call to drop my cheese curds. I told them I already called and have been waiting. 5 min later I had my food. Total time from ordering to receiving my food was 40 minutes. 40 minutes for two subs and cheese curds. Don’t order online people. Do yourself a favor and just go there and order in person.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR PROMPT SERVICE! I orsered online for my order to be ready at 12 noon, had to wait in their LONG line ANYWAYS! 15 minutes just to PICK UP. Great food but they do NOT have their online pickup figured out...too bad.
