I really like this laundromat, the owner's are wonderful & honest, the machines, when they aren't out of order, (which many are, a little too often), are wonderful & affordable, but it would really help if someone cleaned at least twice a day, each day.
Very clean and not so busy
Its out of the way mostly quiet and very clean
Disappointed....not well kept....no attendant....one person was hoarding most of dryers.....the environment is not welcoming....feel out of place....alot of different languages spoken english not being main language.....I used brand name laundry soap and dryer sheets (4 dryer sheets per load) and my clothes came out with no scent almost smelling like other people overall disappointed big timen.....I have used this laundry mat in the past and it has gone down hill...your customers should feel comfortable....let me also add all of their reviews able to see are a yr plus or older
I would give no stars if I could. Almost half of their washers are out of service and one that was apparently working was not but they wouldn’t give me my money back. One person had every single dryer taken up with less than 10 items in each and I was told I’d just have to wait until they are done. I asked nicely if they could just move even stuff out of one because it’s a little ridiculous to let one person use 12 dryers but no. I will never come back here and would not recommend anyone else to!! Also nastyyyyyy bathroom!
