I've never had a problem here with washers or dryers not working properly.
Dirty and expensive. There was no soap or paper towels in the bathroom. Walls were stain and had cobwebs on them. Place smelled like mildew. As well as there was no drinking allowed inside. The only decent thing was that there was change in the machine and a nice bird right outside.
Terrible! It use to be a decent place to go, outdated but got the job done. In the past year it’s been horrible. Most of the machines are broken and smell funny. Obviously not maintained. The worst part is even if the machine is running, there’s a good chance it will take your money and reset. Don’t bother filing out the complaint card and requesting a refund. You will never get it. I’ve done it numerous times when I’ve had to go there because the other one I go to is packed. Have yet to see one dime.
I really appreciate being able to get my laundry done early. It's clean. Cheaper than some laundromats I've been to.
I have a family of six and we have lot of laundry. We go regularly once a week. In light of my last visit I will not be going to this particular establishment again. There was a homeless man getting drunk. The coin machine took 20 bucks from me and I left three voicemails and got no response and one of the washers took 5 from me left a voicemail and a note for that as well. Then the person who is hired to clean came in sprayed and wiped two machines and left and left the floor dirty.
