Wisconsin Hospitality Linen processes the laundry for the Aloft hotel in Milwaukee. I stayed at the Aloft over the 4th of July weekend for three nights. A few hours after I left I realized that i had left an article of clothing at the hotel. I called immediately, shared my room number and a description of the item. Ultimately, I share blame for leaving the item behind. However, I am assigning a one star review to Wisconsin Hospitality Linen because they either don't have a process that finds and returns guest missing items or they do have a process and it failed. Either way, it totally failed and thus, a one star rating.
I work there and they miss my last break since 12:30 that i got my lunch i get to rest ay 11:00pm almost 15 hrs o work.
Good place to work :)
State of the art equipment, friendly and helpful staff. A pleasure to do business with.
