I absolutely love Ace in South Milwaukee! They are a family owned and operated small business. The cashiers always say hello, there is always someone available to help. Well done!
I walked into Ace in search of a garden hose and reel. I was greeted by 2 staff members within seconds of arriving. An associate was able to guide me to the hose and reel section (answered all questions I had) and I was ready to check out minutes later. A different associate helped carry the reel to the counter and upon seeing the two small children I had with me, immediately offered to carry it to my vehicle as well. Every associate I encountered was polite, professional, and helpful. I will be making this Ace my go-to store from now on!
