If I could go 0 I would. I took my car in first thing in the morning by late afternoon I hadn’t heard anything about the car being done despite being told it’d be 2-3 hours. Finally they called as they were about to close. I picked up the car with suds still in the car, cup holders left uncleaned, areas of the car left un-vacuumed. And to top it all off they scratched up the driver side window tint, it looked like they took a wire brush to the entire window. Despite calling numerous times nobody’s returned our calls to resolve the damage done to our car. Look else where for your car detailing.
