They do NOT value repeat customers! I went to the car wash and paid $10, as I was going through the car wash, there must have been a glitch and the car wash just stopped in the beginning of the wash. I excited and went through the left side car wash with no issue. I called and a man answered right away. I explained what happened and he said to text him my address for a refund. WEEKS went by and I sent a total of three texts and NEVER heard back! I paid for a service that I never got. I was polite the entire time. I took my business to the 27th St location next to Mernards and told them I was new and they gave me a buy-one-get-one! They are so much nicer at that car wash! I would take your business with that business and NOT OC Car Wash!
Went in to wash. And wash arm hit side mirror, stopped washing and booted me out. I called # on receipt and left message. Since truck was covered in soap. Went in again folded in my mirrors, sprayer hit rear of bed stopped again. Fine, called again left a message. It's been over a week, no return phone call. Waste of $24
Nice car wash. Did a great job. I used the vaccum and it cost a dollar.
Generally this car wash is pretty good. Today the water sprayer wasn't functioning correctly. The last hole on the sprayer had no water coming out so when the car wash was over there was soap still on the car. So after spending $12 on this wash an additional $8 was spent on a car wash at a different location. I did not see a phone number to call so it's basically a waste of money.
Great self service car wash thats kept up with modern kiosks.
