Horrible half the dryers dont work or het hott

My mom just moved near by and had a lot of clothes to wash so I took them here. The floors were extremely dirty and wet if you dropped some clean clothes on this floor good luck. I believe something is wrong with the washing machines because half the stuff came out still dirty. Prices were pretty cheap to watch however they have no staff monitoring this location so I had to wait 1+ hours to dry clothes as people were just leaving their clothes sitting for long periods of time without coming to get them in the dryers

This place does not need three stars came here for the first time the dryers take more money in the biggest dryer than it does just to wash them in the biggest washer needless to say it then shuts off on me mid dry then as I look around I find a number to call that nobody answers after 7 attempts why so many? Because I know they seen me calling lol smh I just don’t understand how as a business you can open doors to the public take the money have problems but then nobody to help solve them ud83eudd14 if this is the way that a laundromat is or can be ran I think I need to open me one so I can run a casino/laundromat because I just got played lol smh
