Javier of ServPro - Ozaukee Country demonstrated 5-Star Customer Service in each interaction. He was thoughtful and confident in his communication, he expressed gratitude for contacting him and working with their company, he was true to his word and I honestly believe that he was looking out for me the whole time that we were in discussion. He gave me some great tips and ideas, and was very well informed and calming in a stressful situation (basement flooding). A huge thank-you and an absolute recommendation for future service.

I was new and nervous about the whole process and I was very surprised by how helpful Jaiver was with explaining everything to me even before I was a customer. I was so impressed by that as well as the level of professionalism when he came out to look at the damage. Jaiver was very honest and made me feel comfortable in the decision to go with your company. He really surprised me when he actually came and did 95% of the job himself. The first day was doing the demo in the morning. The next day he was there by himself for about 8 hours and got everything completed all in the same day.nI also want to complement your office staff for being professional and answering all the questions that I had in a timely fashion whether it was through email or phone call. So thank you to Sharon and Ashanti !!!nI will definitely refer you to potential customers. The work was awesome and flawless!!

Wonderful Company to Work With! From the office staff and coordinators to the project managers and work crew, everyone was very prompt, responsive, professional and kind. They did everything they could to help me out and keep costs down as much as possible. I definitely recommend them!
