PHENOMENAL People and the Quality is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! I had a pair of pants and a shirt that had Milk Duds ground in by a child. The shirt was a keepsake from my Nephew who had recently graduated from West Point! I was crushed thinking it was ruined! These AMAZING People managed to get them COMPLETELY CLEAN AND CANDY FREE!!! Just cannot say enough about just how WONDERFUL the quality and staff there are!!!

Unprofessional in all aspect! Tried to pick up my clothes 3 times, place was closed despite the door stating it should be open. I finally call to get a time they would be open and they finally are.nnI ask if they accept a check, because I was calling from my bank, they replied that they did. I arrive ask for my clothes and the attendant picks up the phone and calls another store and asks for the procedure for checks. She then tells me in a non-challant fashion that they don't accept checks. I asked her to call the supervisor and so I can speak to her. She does and tells me we don't accept checks. I replied to her that this whole operation smacks with Incompetents and the attendant starts cursing at me telling don't talk to her co-worker like that. I did not curse or scream at the lady not once. I asked her for my change after paying cash for my clothes and she refused to give it to me. She threaten to call the Police me and I told her that I would wait for them. She didn't and I left.
Good customer service and do great work with your laundry.
The job was very subpar and one of the buttons on my blazer was missing when I got my items back. The only reason most people patronize this location is because it's the only one in the area.
