Called and made an appointment for 10:00 this morning for our RV and truck to be washed.
The owner, Dan called and asked if he could come at 10:30 instead. We agreed. Got a call from Ashley, the wife stating that their truck had trouble and they were trying to get another truck. They also asked if there was water hookup where our RV was. For a mobile car or RV wash aren't you supposed to have a tank of water? Ashley, the wife apologized and said they are trying to work it out and I said I can try to get someone else and she said no we really need this job, I will call you back. she called me back and said that they had a truck and they would call me when they were almost here at our location. They never showed up nor have they called! Are all of their reviews from friends and family? This sucks, and is no way to run a business!
They managed to squeeze me in when they didn’t need to and did an amazing job detailing the inside of my old Toyota. Even gave me a ride to an appointment I had at the other side of town. Staff is friendly, helpful, and good at what they do.
Very kind people who did an excellent job!! Came to me and hooked up their gear in my driveway. Very convenient, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someone to deep clean their car in the Flagstaff area!
Had a hiccup on the scheduling, other than that, these guys are top notch. Fair pricing. I tipped the hell out of them because I thought their price was too low. Will reuse in the future.
These guys are amazing, I had a car that I thought was beyond detailing, we own four dogs and take them everywhere so the back was absolutely covered with dog hair. They were able to get it all out and make our car look new again! I will be calling them more regularly now to make sure our car stays clean. Highly recommended!
