Was great visit. They have good pricing on lubes service. If the wash wasn't busy I totally would have done the free wash with my service!
The wash crew is very generous and friendly did a great job on my Chevy colbalt detail!!! My Expectations for the wash is thru the roof! Don’t get me started on the oil change department!! They are a great crew! They are very welcoming and get my oil change very quick and always check everything i need ! Pricing is very fair! No labor cost! Fantastic! What a great full service car wash!! Highly recommend!🤝👍
My wife stopped in on the heels of a coffee spill, as this was our 'go to' wash center. They removed the wrong floor mat first, and came over to tell her they found "no evidence of a spill". She noted the spilt coffee poured down the seat-back crease and was in the second seat row, not the first. They proceeded to clean and return the impacted floor mat to the vehicle but failed to return the 'incorrect' floor mat they first removed. She did not realize they had not returned the 'incorrect' mat for a few days, then immediately called to let them know we were on our way to collect it. Upon arrival, they said they had no floor mats "lying around". They then stated it was 'her fault' for not realizing their error immediately. I have called several times and been by in person attempting to speak with the owner; only to be told he is not in but will "reach out to me". He has not returned a single call, nor responded to my in person attempts to contact him, over several weeks. I am out $129 for the replacement mat. Shame on the owner. Shame on Woodlands Wash & Lube. You have lost our business.
The quickest oil change in flagstaff followed with the quickest full service car wash and super nice employees especially the guy that cashed me out.
Great experience here. At 10am we were the 2nd car in line, processed quickly, run through the wash, no damage to car, equipment appears to be well maintained and the cleaning brushes and strips were not dirty and gross. Car was wiped down so most water spots were avoided.
