I want to personally respond to JEAN RUSSELL below.nI have also been to this cleaners for over 20 years and I have never once felt any racism or mistreatment. It may just be that he is older and SICK OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO DON'T EVEN try to get to know the owner. First of all, he is KOREAN not Chinese... so could you be the one who is racist? Please get your facts straight before you write a review to possibly hurt their business.
After being a customer for nearly 20 years, my family and I will be parting with this cleaner. First, his prices have skyrocketed since he moved to his new location. 2nd, he cleaned 2 of my husbands suits and they were not pressed well AND OVERLY EXPENSIVE. . You could see wrinkles in the jacket. My sister agreed when I told her. She said she took a dress (1) dress to be cleaned. She said it cost her $16.00 and it appeared the dress had been washed because she noticed it was much shorter. She took the dress to the Goodwill. As far as personality goes FORGET IT. No one there has one, especially now since they seems to be MAD all of the time. I will make sure none of my family will use their cleaners. I am now going to a cleaner in Mequon. I wish I could give a 0 on this review. Could it be that these CHINESE people are RACIST?
I dropped off about 6 pieces on a Wednesday and by Friday they were ready for pickup. I am happy with the service I received
Pricey and not too warm and friendly. My sister and I didn’t feel like our business was welcomed...AT ALL!
This place is the best. Really honest people that will go above and beyond your typical dry cleaners. I've been going here for over a decade and every interaction has been great.
