Low rating is do to lack of communication. 7/11/20 called number on website @ 3:13p to inform owner that dryer #1 did not heat up & I noticed it after I had already put $1 in the machine (no it wasn't do to the amount of articles that was put in) the machine never got hot and I had it on whites.nnCalled again 7/15/20 @ 9a still receiving voicemail.nThe least thing you could do is to acknowledge the phone calls you're receiving....nnI've been here several times this year and had no problems until now. Use to frequent yrs ago (stopped do to having my own machines) and had a problem w/ the coin machine & when I called the previous owner then, it didn't take him no time to come out and fix the problem. Which makes me think that there's a new owner now....ud83eudd28
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Half of the washers and dryers doesn't work, yet they don't have signs saying so. I lost over ten dollars at this raggedy laundry with no refund.
No way of contacting management. Multiple dryers don't dry. Don't come here if you aren't willing to loose a couple dollars due to a machine not working.
The floor was dirty. I wasn't impressed walking in. My dryer broke down as to why I had to use a laundromat in the first place. I should have checked reviews. Place needs an upgrade. It makes you not to want to wash clothes here. I will see how the washer and dryers do and add to my post.
I used to go there all the time until yesterday when the machine took my $10 and I had to call around leaving messages on everyone phone just for the lady to call me back and say people do this all the time.then they told me that the machine didn't miss count the money but if I put money in there early in the morning and no quarters come out what do that mean the machine took my 10 they did help at all and if the and if the older gentleman wouldn't have gave me 575 I would have been able to wash my clothes because the machine took my whole ten
