This is one of the best car washes they do such a nice job. I don't come here very often Cuz to me it's a Little pricey but if you want an excellent car wash go to rubber ducky.
So I called to see if I could make an appointment for a deep clean. The first person that answers says I need to make an appointment. Stated that is what I was calling to do.. Then she said she doesn’t know and her manager isn’t there. Uh? Then a man comes on the phone and says I need to make an appointment a week in advance. Used to be able to just go in and you’d get your vehicle cleaned right away or have a bit of a wait. A week out seems a bit excessive to get your car cleaned and the customer service is really awkward.
Reasonable price for a decent carwash. Can be a long wait to get in sometimes.
Best car wash in the Midwest. They don't make them like this anymore. It was a trip back to the 1950s, when full service mattered.
Good job. Cranky cashier though
